About

Breeze (Grant)

Coach and sole proprietor of Breeze Lifting Entertainment LLC. I take a small number of clients at a time, on purpose.

How I got here

I graduated from Florida State with a computer science degree, then worked out fairly quickly that I wanted to be in fitness instead. I still write software — I built this site. It just stopped being the thing I cared most about.

I have also done the thing I am asking you to do. I weighed 135 pounds in college. By June 2025 I was 205. That took years, and most of what I know now came from getting it wrong first.

I post about training online, and some of it is genuinely cringe. I keep doing it because of the messages that come back — someone starts training because a stupid video made it look approachable. If I can do it, you can too.

How I coach

I take a small number of clients. I write your program myself. I read your check-in myself. There is no team, no template library, no assistant sending you a message that sounds like me.

You will not get a twelve-week plan and a handshake. You will get a program that changes when the evidence says it should, and a coach who noticed.

What I am not

I am not a doctor, a physical therapist, or a dietitian. I do not diagnose anything. If something hurts in a way that lifting should not explain, I will tell you to go see someone who can actually help, and I will keep saying it.

I do not sell transformations. I sell attention and structure. What you do with those is the part that matters.

Outside the gym

I live in Florida and spend as much time as I can outside, usually near the water.

I have a labradoodle and a goldendoodle. They turn up in most of my videos and reliably steal the show.

When I have genuinely worked myself into the floor and need to think about nothing for a while, I play video games.

Think we would work well together?

Send me a message. I answer them myself.
