Breeze Lifting Entertainment LLC · Online fitness coaching services
Summary. Coaching is sold on a three-month minimum commitment, billed monthly. Payments are non-refundable. After the initial three months, coaching continues month to month and can be cancelled with 15 days written notice.
1. During the initial three-month term
All payments are non-refundable. The three-month term is a binding commitment, agreed to in writing before coaching begins.
This is not arbitrary. Programming is built as a three-month progression, and meaningful physical change takes at least that long. Clients are told this clearly before they pay, and are encouraged to ask questions before committing rather than after.
2. After the initial three-month term
Coaching continues on a month-to-month basis. Either the client or the coach may cancel with fifteen (15) days written notice by email to [email protected].
- If notice arrives at least 15 days before the next billing date, no further payment is due and services end on that date.
- If notice arrives with fewer than 15 days remaining, one final monthly payment is due and services end at the close of that month.
Partial months are not prorated or refunded.
3. When a refund is issued
A refund is issued in one circumstance: if the coach ends the coaching relationship without cause. In that case, any prepaid amount covering days after services end is refunded in full.
4. What is not refundable
- Unused check-ins, or weeks in which the client did not train
- Time during which services were paused because of non-payment
- Any portion of the initial three-month term, for any reason
- Dissatisfaction with results, which depend substantially on the client's own adherence and on factors outside the coach's control
5. Pauses
Services pause automatically if payment is more than five days late, and resume when the account is current. A pause does not extend the term and does not excuse payment.
If a licensed physician advises a client in writing to stop training, the coach may pause the agreement or waive remaining payments at the coach's discretion. This is offered as a courtesy and is decided case by case.
6. Before disputing a charge
If you believe a charge is wrong, email [email protected] first. Most billing questions are a misunderstanding about billing dates and are resolved the same day.
Filing a dispute with your bank before contacting us does not resolve things faster, and it ends the coaching relationship immediately under the terms of the coaching agreement.
7. Questions
Questions about this policy are welcome at any time, and especially before you sign up.
This policy forms part of the Coaching Services Agreement between the client and Breeze Lifting Entertainment LLC. Where the two documents overlap, the signed agreement controls.
